Child protection research is vital if we are to understand why so many of our children end up in care/homeless/undereducated or pimped.

Whilst most websites are linked to the child protection industry {eg. NSPCC, SCIE etc], the social work with children and families website is an independent website offering academic and other research freely to all interested in child protection research and child and family well-being.

For those interested in child protection research as it relates to policy, we recommend reading Radical Child Protection: A Public Health Approach.
